Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including all protective inserts and hardware, to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Collection

  Choose between our convenient courier collection service or dropping your parcel off at an authorized point, depending on the size and weight of the furniture.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
